Als SNA Auditor gebruik je precies die praktijkkennis, maar zit je voortaan aan de andere kant van de tafel. Je bezoekt organisaties, duikt in hun administratie en onderzoekt of contracten, lonen, afdrachten en processen daadwerkelijk kloppen. Je hoeft daarvoor nog geen auditor te zijn. Jij kent de uitzendbranche. Wij leren je het auditvak. Je weet hoe de wereld achter uitzenden werkt. Hoe uren uiteindelijk op een loonstrook terechtkomen, wat er bij contracten en verloning komt kijken en waarom cao's en regelgeving in de praktijk soms nét wat ingewikkelder zijn dan ze op papier lijken. Die kennis ga je nu gebruiken om organisaties te controleren: - Je onderzoekt loonadministraties, contracten en andere relevante documentatie; - Je controleert of wet- en regelgeving en geldende normen correct worden toegepast; - Je stelt kritische vragen en zoekt verder wanneer iets niet lijkt te kloppen; - Je bespreekt jouw bevindingen met de klant; - Je legt jouw onderzoek vast in een heldere rapportage. Gemiddeld ben je ongeveer drie dagen per week op locatie voor een volledige inspectiedag. Daarnaast voer je regelmatig een kortere inspectie uit - soms op afstand - en werk je onderzoeken en rapportages uit. Je werkt vanuit huis en bent regelmatig onderweg naar k...
