Das erwartet Sie

* Sie halten Wien mobil, indem Sie unsere Fahrgäste sicher und pünktlich ans Ziel bringen.

* Vor jeder Abfahrt stellen Sie sicher, dass der Autobus einwandfrei und verkehrssicher ist.

* Als erste Ansprechperson für unsere Fahrgäste geben Sie Auskunft, helfen weiter und sorgen mit Ihrer Freundlichkeit für eine angenehme Fahrt.

* Auch in Ausnahmesituationen handeln Sie sofort und sorgen für die Sicherheit Ihrer Fahrgäste.

* Eine bezahlte Vollzeitausbildung macht Sie fit für den Fahrdienst - mit viel Fahrpraxis und allem, was Sie für den Job brauchen.

Das bringen Sie mit

* Sie sind mindestens 24 Jahre alt und verfügen über der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse - mündlich wie schriftlich.

* Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse D inkl. Grundqualifikation D95 sowie eine gültige Fahrer*innenkarte.

* Erfahrung im Straßenverkehr und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Sie aus.

* Sie sind bereit im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten, aber mit guter Planbarkeit.

* Unsere Fahrgäste erleben Sie als serviceorientiert, im Team stehen Sie für Zusammenhalt und gegenseitige Unterstützung.

Das bieten wir Ihnen

Gehalt

Sie erhalten ein Grundgehalt in Höhe von 2.787,20 EUR brutto pro Monat. Das tatsächliche Gehalt (inkl. Zulagen/Diäten) beträgt in etwa 3.400,00 EUR brutto pro Monat (37,5h/Woche).

Ausbildung

Wir ermöglichen eine Ausbildung (in Vollzeit) bereits im bezahlten Dienstverhältnis. Neben praktischen Einheiten vermitteln wir dabei auch theoretisches Wissen zu Technik, Sicherheit und Bedienung.

Arbeitsmittel

Alle Kolleg*innen im Fahrdienst bekommen ein Firmen-Smartphone: Damit können sie immer und überall Dienstpläne einsehen, aktuelle News aus dem Intranet erhalten und es auch privat nutzen!

Einsteigen und Aufsteigen

Man lernt nie aus: Unsere vielfältigen Angebote der innerbetrieblichen Weiterentwicklung unterstützen unsere Kolleg*innen dabei, beruflich voranzukommen.
