The posting

Bij een ontwikkelaar van kweekvleestechnologie in Maastricht werk je aan de automatisering van onderzoeksopstellingen en productieprocessen. Je vertaalt biologische en procestechnologische vraagstukken naar betrouwbare besturingen, elektronica en gebruikersinterfaces. Het doel is een volledig geautomatiseerde productielijn waarmee kweekvlees schaalbaar geproduceerd kan worden. Daarbij combineer je PLC-programmering en industriële procesautomatisering met praktisch ontwikkelwerk aan experimentele installaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk schakel je tussen het ontwerpen van controllers, het bouwen van prototypes en het testen van software en elektronica. Je werkt samen met mechanical engineers, process engineers en wetenschappers in een internationaal team. Voor kleinere onderzoeksprojecten zoek je naar snel testbare oplossingen; voor productie richt je je op robuuste industriële automatisering. Je krijgt ruimte om eigen technische keuzes uit te werken en je verder te ontwikkelen in productontwikkeling, procesbesturing en de verbinding tussen onderzoek en productie. Wat ga je doen? - Ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en testen van controllers en gebruikersinterfaces - Ontwerpen en assembleren van elektronica voor onderzoeks- en productieopstellingen - Implementeren van softwarestacks en ontwikkelframeworks - Bouwen en testen van prototypes voor experimentele opstellingen - Ontwikkelen van industriële automatiseringsoplossingen voor schaalbare productieprocessen - Afstemmen van functionele eisen en technische oplossingen met wetenschappers en engineers Wat vragen we van jou? - Een relevante bachelor- of masteropleiding, bijvoorbeeld engineering of informatica - Minimaal drie jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld in biotech, chemie of voedingsmiddelenproductie - Ervaring met PLC/SCADA, DCS, veldbussen en programmeertalen zoals C of C++ - Brede technische interesse en ervaring die PLC-programmering en elektronicaontwerp verbinden - Ervaring met kwaliteitsborgingsstandaarden en.
