  • Ontwerpen en samenbouwen van nieuwe automatiseringssystemen en uitwerken van verbeteringen op bestaande machines.
  • Integreren van nieuwe automatiseringssystemen zodat ze voldoen aan veiligheidsvoorschriften en CE-certificering.
  • Programmeren en optimaliseren van robot- en vision systemen in de productieomgeving.
  • Instaan voor installatie, validatie en vereiste output van automatiseringssystemen.
  • Productieonderbrekingen beperken met oog voor kosten, efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid.
  • Opvolgen van geïnstalleerde systemen op vlak van output, storingen en efficiëntieverbeteringen.
  • Alle projectdocumentatie gestructureerd aanmaken, bijhouden en archiveren.
  • Nauw samenwerken met productie, onderhoud, engineering en kwaliteit om projecten vlot te laten verlopen.
  • De onderhoudsafdeling ondersteunen met kennis over alle automatiseringsapparatuur.
  • Overzicht bewaren over alle technische projecten binnen jouw domein.
  • Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van veiligheid, kwaliteit en productiviteit van de installaties.
  • Maatregelen en oplossingen mee uitwerken om het afvalpercentage te minimaliseren.
  • Technische expertise inzetten om automatiseringsconcepten en kinematica correct toe te passen.
  • Projecten structureren met aandacht voor timing, budget en technische haalbaarheid.
  • Continu leren over nieuwe technologieën en deze gericht inzetten in lopende en toekomstige projecten.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen automatisering of machinebouw.
  • Ervaring met installeren of verbeteren van automatisatieprocessen in een productieomgeving.
  • Grondige kennis van mechanisch design van automatiseringsapparatuur en de samenhang tussen mechanica en elektronica.
  • Inzicht in automatiseringsconcepten en kinematica en dit kunnen toepassen in projecten.
  • Vaardig in projectmanagement, mechanisch 3D-ontwerp, ontwerp van elektrische schema's en programmatie van robots en camera's.
  • Kennis van het lezen en opstellen van elektrische en pneumatische schema's.
  • Ervaring met PLC-programmering, robot- en camerasystemen en 3D-modelleringssoftware Siemens NX is een troef.
