Bij een technisch georiënteerde organisatie in Roosendaal met specialisaties in industriële automatisering, water en infra, gebouwinstallaties en duurzame energie werk je aan besturingen voor technische installaties. Als Automation Engineer vertaal je functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke besturingslogica. Je richt je op betrouwbare processen, bedienbare installaties en software die ook bij onderhoud goed te doorgronden is. Daarbij verbind je automatisering met elektrotechniek en werktuigbouwkundige installaties. In je dagelijkse werk wissel je het uitwerken van PLC-logica en HMI-schermen af met testen, analyseren en afstemmen. Je bespreekt interfaces met engineers en monteurs en denkt mee over signalen, storingsmeldingen en veilige bedrijfstoestanden. Tijdens het testen controleer je of software en installatie op elkaar aansluiten. Zo verdiep je je in procesbesturing, communicatie tussen systemen en gestructureerd ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? - Functionele wensen vertalen naar besturingsbeschrijvingen en PLC-software - HMI-schermen en alarmmeldingen uitwerken voor duidelijke bediening - I/O-signalen en interfaces afstemmen met elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige disciplines - Besturingssoftware testen op werking, foutafhandeling en veilige bedrijfstoestanden - Storingen analyseren in software, signalen en industriële communicatie - Technische documentatie bijhouden en ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstelling Wat vragen we van jou? - Een technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of mechatronica - Ervaring met het programmeren en testen van PLC-besturingen - Kennis van een ontwikkelomgeving zoals Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT of Rockwell Studio 5000 - Inzicht in HMI/SCADA, I/O-verwerking en protocollen zoals PROFINET of Modbus TCP - Je kunt elektrische schema’s en functionele beschrijvingen lezen - Je werkt gestructureerd en stemt technische keuzes helder af met collega’s Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en..
