The posting

Als Automation Engineer in Zaandam werk je binnen de industriële automatisering aan besturingen voor machines en procesinstallaties. Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke PLC-software en een bedienbare HMI. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de code: ook signalen, interlocks, storingsafhandeling en de aansluiting op elektrotechnische componenten bepalen of een installatie betrouwbaar werkt. Je combineert logisch denken met gevoel voor wat operators en onderhoudstechnici nodig hebben. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je programmeren af met testen, analyseren en technisch overleg. Je stemt besturingsfuncties af met collega’s uit software, elektrotechniek en uitvoering, en helpt bij het oplossen van afwijkingen tijdens de inbedrijfstelling. Door keuzes te documenteren en software samen te beoordelen, maak je systemen beter onderhoudbaar. Tegelijk verdiep je je in PLC-platforms, industriële communicatie en gestructureerd softwareontwerp. Wat ga je doen? - Functionele eisen vertalen naar PLC-software en besturingslogica - HMI-schermen ontwikkelen met heldere bediening en storingsmeldingen - I/O-signalen, interlocks en processequenties testen - Communicatie tussen PLC’s, aandrijvingen en veldapparatuur controleren - Softwarestoringen analyseren en ondersteunen bij inbedrijfstelling - Softwarewijzigingen, testresultaten en technische keuzes documenteren Wat vragen we van jou? - Technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met PLC-programmering, bijvoorbeeld in Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell of Beckhoff - Inzicht in HMI-ontwikkeling en de opbouw van industriële besturingen - Basiskennis van industriële netwerken zoals PROFINET, EtherNet/IP of Modbus TCP - Je kunt elektrische schema’s lezen en storingen systematisch onderzoeken - Je overlegt helder met technische collega’s en werkt zorgvuldig Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een com.
