Als Automation Engineer in Delft richt je je op industriële besturingen binnen een technische organisatie. Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke PLC-software en een bedienbare HMI, met aandacht voor betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en onderhoudbaarheid. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de code: je begrijpt hoe sensoren, aandrijvingen en actuatoren samen het gedrag van een machine of installatie bepalen. Je houdt rekening met zowel normaal bedrijf als storingssituaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je samen met collega’s uit elektrotechniek, werktuigbouw en service. Je bespreekt de besturingsopzet, test software en analyseert afwijkingen tijdens het inbedrijfstellen. Ook leg je keuzes vast, zodat anderen de installatie kunnen onderhouden en uitbreiden. Je ontwikkelt je vakinhoudelijk door besturingsvraagstukken uit te werken, feedback op software te verwerken en je kennis van industriële communicatie en diagnose te verdiepen. Wat ga je doen? - Functionele eisen vertalen naar een besturingsopzet en PLC-software - HMI-schermen ontwikkelen voor bediening, statusweergave en storingsdiagnose - Sensoren, actuatoren en aandrijvingen integreren in de besturing - Software testen en machines of installaties in bedrijf stellen - Storingen analyseren in software, I/O en industriële communicatie - Softwarewijzigingen, testresultaten en technische keuzes documenteren Wat vragen we van jou? - Technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met PLC-programmering en het structureren van besturingssoftware - Kennis van HMI-systemen en industriële communicatieprotocollen - Elektrische schema’s kunnen lezen en I/O-signalen kunnen controleren - Systematische aanpak bij testen, foutzoeken en documenteren - Heldere communicatie met technische collega’s en gebruikers Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Inhoudelijke breedte: van besturingsontwerp tot inbedrijfs.
