The posting

Bij een industriële productieorganisatie in Zutphen werk je aan de besturing van geautomatiseerde productieprocessen. Als Automation Engineer onderhoud en ontwikkel je PLC- en SCADA-systemen waarmee je de productie betrouwbaarder en efficiënter maakt. Je vertaalt procesvragen naar besturingsoplossingen, onderzoekt complexe storingen en zorgt dat wijzigingen zorgvuldig worden getest voordat ze in gebruik gaan. Daarbij ben je het technische aanspreekpunt voor besturingstechnische vraagstukken binnen je projecten. Je werkt samen met vier tot zes automatiseringscollega’s en stemt regelmatig af met maintenance en het procesteam. Je werkzaamheden bestaan voor ongeveer 50% uit PLC- en automation engineering, 30% uit inbedrijfstelling en 20% uit testing en support. Je pakt eigen projecten op, begeleidt de overdracht naar de productie en ondersteunt optimalisaties op afstand, met incidenteel nazorg op locatie. Zo verdiep je je vakkennis in zowel softwareontwikkeling als het gedrag van installaties in de praktijk. Wat ga je doen? - Onderhouden en ontwikkelen van PLC- en SCADA-besturingen voor geautomatiseerde productieprocessen - Ontwerpen en programmeren van besturingsoplossingen die de productie-efficiëntie verbeteren - Analyseren van complexe besturingsstoringen en documenteren van oorzaken en oplossingen - Afstemmen en implementeren van wijzigingen met maintenance en procescollega’s - Testen en in bedrijf stellen van nieuwe of aangepaste besturingssystemen - Begeleiden van de overdracht naar productie en oppakken van eigen automatiseringsprojecten - Leveren van structurele remote ondersteuning en incidentele nazorg op locatie Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt een technische opleidingsachtergrond in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Je hebt ervaring met het programmeren en onderhouden van PLC- en SCADA-systemen - Je kunt besturingssoftware en procesgedrag analyseren om storingen gericht op te lossen - Je werkt zorgvuldig bij softwarewijziginge.
