The posting

Bij een specialistische machinebouwer in Beugen ontwikkel je automatisering voor drooginstallaties en baanverwerkingsmachines voor drukwerk- en verpakkingsproductie. Als Automation Engineer vertaal je machinefuncties naar besturingen waarin hardware en software op elkaar aansluiten. Je ontwerpt PLC- en driveconfiguraties, programmeert in Structured Text met Siemens TIA Portal en maakt HMI’s waarmee operators de machines overzichtelijk bedienen. Daarbij werk je aan de samenhang tussen besturing, aandrijving en industriële communicatie. Je werkt doorgaans aan meerdere projecten tegelijk, voornamelijk vanuit kantoor in Beugen. Je test software en hardware, stelt aandrijvingen met motoren en encoders in bedrijf en integreert machines via Profinet en OPC UA. Samen met technisch betrokken collega’s werk je aan betrouwbare machinefuncties en praktische bedieningsoplossingen. Binnen het resultaatgerichte team krijg je ruimte om initiatief te nemen en je kennis van softwareontwikkeling en besturingstechniek verder te verdiepen. Incidenteel bezoek je een klant; reizen vormt geen vast onderdeel van je werk. Functie-inhoud - Besturingssystemen ontwerpen met passende PLC- en driveconfiguraties - PLC-software programmeren in Structured Text met Siemens TIA Portal - Gebruiksvriendelijke HMI’s ontwerpen en programmeren voor machinebediening - Software en hardware testen en in bedrijf stellen - Machines en industriële netwerken integreren via Profinet en OPC UA - Aandrijfsystemen met Siemens-drives, encoders en motoren ontwerpen, testen en in bedrijf stellen - Parallel aan meerdere automatiseringsprojecten werken en technische keuzes afstemmen Functie-eisen - Je hebt een hbo-opleiding afgerond, bij voorkeur in informatica of mechatronica - Je hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie; ervaring in de machinebouw is een pré - Je hebt ervaring met PLC-besturingen en enige programmeerervaring met Structured Text - Je kent aandrijf- en regeltechniek en hebt basiske.
