The posting

Bij een brouwerij in Zoeterwoude werk je als Automation Engineer aan de betrouwbaarheid en verbetering van het brouwproces. Je onderhoudt en beheert productieautomatiseringssystemen en voert aanpassingen door om storingen te voorkomen. Daarbij verbind je procesautomatisering met concrete productiedoelen: een stabiel proces, hogere efficiëntie en minder waterverbruik. Je technische werkterrein omvat PLC/HMI-systemen, Brewmaxx, MES en de bijbehorende IT-infrastructuur, van netwerken tot servers en pc’s. In de dagelijkse praktijk onderzoek je verbetermogelijkheden, stem je technische wijzigingen af met collega’s en begeleid je externe leveranciers bij de uitvoering. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van aanpassingen en zorgt dat deze passen binnen de beheerstructuren. Als startende engineer kun je hier je kennis van industriële automatisering verdiepen en leren hoe besturingstechniek, proceskwaliteit en duurzaamheid samenkomen in een productieomgeving. Je hoeft daarvoor nog geen werkervaring te hebben; technische nieuwsgierigheid en de bereidheid om te leren zijn belangrijk. Wat ga je doen? - Je onderhoudt en beheert productieautomatiseringssystemen om storingen te voorkomen. - Je voert modificaties door in de automatisering van het brouwproces. - Je optimaliseert processen met aandacht voor efficiëntie, duurzaamheid en waterverbruik. - Je coördineert technische verbeteringen met je team en externe leveranciers. - Je begeleidt interne medewerkers en leveranciers bij technische aanpassingen. - Je bewaakt kwaliteitsnormen en zorgt dat wijzigingen aansluiten op de beheerstructuren. Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt een technische bachelor in elektrotechniek, mechatronica, industriële automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting. - Je hebt kennis van PLC/HMI-systemen, Brewmaxx en MES-systemen. - Je kent de basis van IT-infrastructuur, waaronder netwerken, servers en pc’s. - Je wilt productieprocessen verbeteren en hebt oog voor duurzaamheid. - Je bent bereid om periodiek consignat.
