Als Automation Engineer in Heerhugowaard werk je binnen de industriële automatisering aan de besturing van machines en installaties. Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke PLC-software en bedieningsschermen waarmee operators prettig kunnen werken. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de programmeercode, maar ook naar het samenspel tussen sensoren, aandrijvingen en proceslogica. Je richt je op betrouwbare besturingen die goed te testen, te onderhouden en uit te breiden zijn. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je softwareontwikkeling af met testen, storingsanalyse en technisch overleg. Je stemt interfaces en besturingsfuncties af met collega-engineers en betrokkenen bij de installatie. Tijdens het testen onderzoek je afwijkingen systematisch en leg je wijzigingen zorgvuldig vast. Zo verdiep je je kennis van PLC-programmering, HMI-ontwerp en industriële communicatie, terwijl je steeds beter leert hoe softwarekeuzes doorwerken op de werkvloer. Wat ga je doen? - Functionele wensen vertalen naar besturingslogica en technische specificaties - PLC-software ontwikkelen, structureren en testen - HMI-schermen opzetten met heldere bediening en bruikbare alarmmeldingen - Communicatie tussen PLC, sensoren en aandrijvingen controleren - Storingen analyseren en softwareverbeteringen doorvoeren - Testresultaten, softwarewijzigingen en technische keuzes documenteren Wat vragen we van jou? - Technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met PLC-programmering, bijvoorbeeld met Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff of Rockwell - Kennis van HMI-ontwerp en de opbouw van machinebesturingen - Inzicht in industriële netwerken, zoals PROFINET of EtherNet/IP - Vaardigheid in het lezen van elektrische schema’s en systematisch analyseren van storingen - Heldere communicatie en een zorgvuldige aanpak bij testen en documenteren Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Technisc.
