Bij een machinebouwer in Bolsward ontwikkel je de besturing van kaasproductielijnen voor projecten in Nederland en daarbuiten. Je bedenkt besturingsconcepten, werkt functionele beschrijvingen uit en programmeert complexe PLC-systemen met STEP7 en TIA Portal. Daarbij schakel je tussen gedetailleerde meet- en regeltechniek en de inrichting van de complete besturingsconfiguratie. Van softwareontwerp tot inbedrijfstelling zorg je dat je het productieproces overziet en besturingstechnisch beheerst. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je af met constructeurs en projectleiding, configureer je HMI-stations en documenteer je jouw software. Tijdens de inbedrijfstelling werk je samen met monteurs, operators en de technische dienst van de opdrachtgever. Je instrueert gebruikers en verhelpt storingen op locatie of op afstand. Je werkt onder leiding van het Hoofd Automatisering en kunt je via opleidingen verder verdiepen in industriële netwerken, aandrijftechniek en veilige machinebesturing. Wat ga je doen? - Functionele beschrijvingen en programmabeschrijvingen opstellen met constructeurs en projectleiding - Complexe PLC-besturingen programmeren met STEP7 en TIA Portal - HMI-stations configureren en geschreven software documenteren - Meet- en regeltechniek, aandrijvingen en veiligheidsfuncties integreren in de besturing - Productielijnen in bedrijf stellen bij opdrachtgevers in Nederland en het buitenland - Werkzaamheden en planning afstemmen en gebruikers op locatie instrueren - Storingen analyseren en oplossen op locatie of via remote service Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek of Besturingstechniek en minimaal drie jaar vergelijkbare werkervaring - Kennis van PLC-besturingen met STEP7/TIA Portal en industriële netwerken zoals Profibus en Profinet - Kennis van frequentieregelaars, bij voorkeur Danfoss, servotechniek van SEW en Distributed Safety - In bezit van een VCA-certificaat en rijbewijs B - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie in het..
