Bij een industriële productieorganisatie in Amsterdam werk je aan het onderhouden en verbeteren van de fabrieksautomatisering op productielocaties. Als Automation Engineer ontwerp en implementeer je aanpassingen aan PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-systemen. Je richt je op betrouwbare besturingen, inzichtelijke procesvisualisatie en het beheersbaar houden van wijzigingen. Daarbij combineer je het oplossen van technische problemen met structurele verbeteringen aan de systemen waarop de productie draait. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je controles en systeemaudits af met storingsanalyse, softwareaanpassingen en technische documentatie. Je werkt samen met onderhoud, kwaliteit en procestechnologie om te bepalen welke upgrades nodig zijn en hoe je deze zorgvuldig doorvoert. Door de bestaande systeemopbouw vast te leggen en bedieningsprocedures bij te houden, maak je kennis bruikbaar voor je collega's. Je verdiept je daarbij verder in procesbesturing, foutdiagnose en onderhoudbare automatiseringssoftware. Wat ga je doen? - Onderhouden en verbeteren van PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-systemen op productielocaties - Ontwerpen, implementeren en controleren van softwareaanpassingen en systeemupdates - Uitvoeren van routinematige controles, inspecties en systeemaudits - Analyseren en oplossen van storingen in de fabrieksautomatisering - Afstemmen van upgrades en optimalisaties met onderhoud, kwaliteit en procestechnologie - Vastleggen van de AS IS-situatie en bijhouden van technische documentatie en bedieningsprocedures Wat vragen we van jou? - Technische opleidingsachtergrond in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met het programmeren en onderhouden van PLC-besturingen - Kennis van HMI- en SCADA-systemen voor industriële productieprocessen - Vaardigheid in systematische storingsanalyse en het zorgvuldig testen van wijzigingen - Inzicht in industriële communicatie en de samenhang tussen besturing, veldapparatuur en proces - Heldere communicatie me.
