The posting

Via een technische bemiddelingsorganisatie werk je aan automatiseringsprojecten bij industriële organisaties in de regio Weert. Je ontwerpt besturingen voor installaties in de techniek en zware industrie en vertaalt proceswensen naar functionele en technische specificaties. Vervolgens programmeer, configureer en test je PLC- en SCADA-systemen. Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor de automatisering binnen je projecten en zorgt dat installaties betrouwbaar en veilig functioneren, met aandacht voor productiecontinuïteit en efficiëntie. Je dagelijkse werk loopt van ontwerp en softwareontwikkeling tot inbedrijfstelling bij de klant. Je controleert de werking van besturingen, analyseert storingen en stemt oplossingen af met projectleiders en hardware engineers. Binnen multidisciplinaire projectteams verbind je software met de praktische werking van de installatie. De afwisseling tussen projecten geeft je ruimte om je kennis van PLC- en SCADA-technologie te verdiepen en meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor technische keuzes. Functie-inhoud - Klantwensen vertalen naar functionele en technische automatiseringsspecificaties - PLC-software programmeren en configureren voor industriële installaties - SCADA-systemen configureren en de koppeling met PLC-besturingen testen - Besturingsfuncties testen op correcte en veilige werking - Installaties bij klanten in bedrijf stellen en storingen analyseren en oplossen - Technische keuzes afstemmen met projectleiders, hardware engineers en andere projectcollega’s Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met het programmeren en testen van PLC-besturingen - Kennis van SCADA-configuratie en communicatie met industriële besturingen - Inzicht in functionele specificaties, besturingslogica en installatieveiligheid - Een systematische aanpak bij inbedrijfstelling en storingsanalyse - Je communiceert helder over technische keuzes en werkt graag same.
