Als Automation Engineer in Ede werk je aan besturingstechniek voor industriële machines en installaties. Bij een organisatie binnen de industriële automatisering vertaal je functionele wensen naar overzichtelijke PLC-software en bedienbare HMI-schermen. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan de code: ook de samenhang tussen sensoren, aandrijvingen, communicatie en machineveiligheid telt. Het doel is een installatie die betrouwbaar werkt, logisch te bedienen is en goed onderhouden kan worden. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je programmeren af met testen, storingsanalyse en technisch overleg. Je stemt af met elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige collega's en betrekt de gebruiker bij keuzes in bediening en diagnose. Tijdens het testen controleer je sequenties, signalen en foutafhandeling. Zo verdiep je je kennis van PLC-besturingen, industriële netwerken en softwarestructuren die ook bij latere wijzigingen begrijpelijk blijven. Functie-inhoud - Functionele wensen vertalen naar besturingslogica en softwareontwerpen - PLC-software en HMI-schermen ontwikkelen, aanpassen en testen - Signaaluitwisseling tussen PLC, sensoren en aandrijvingen controleren - Storingen analyseren in software, I/O en industriële communicatie - Inbedrijfstellingen voorbereiden en de werking van installaties verifiëren - Softwarewijzigingen, testresultaten en technische keuzes documenteren Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met PLC-programmering, bijvoorbeeld met Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff of Rockwell - Inzicht in HMI-configuratie en de opbouw van machinebesturingen - Basiskennis van industriële netwerken zoals PROFINET, EtherCAT of Modbus TCP - Elektrotechnische schema's kunnen lezen en storingen systematisch onderzoeken - Technische keuzes helder kunnen afstemmen met collega's en gebruikers Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een combinatie van softwareont.
