The posting

Bij een producent van onderzeese kabels in Eemshaven werk je aan de automatisering van een nieuw machinepark voor de productie van kabels voor offshore windparken. Je ontwerpt, programmeert en beheert besturingsoplossingen die machines en productielijnen betrouwbaar laten functioneren. Daarbij verbind je PLC-besturingen en operatorpanelen met MES- en SCADA-systemen. Je bent betrokken bij de inrichting en inbedrijfstelling van de fabriek en vertaalt technische eisen naar bruikbare oplossingen op de productievloer. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je softwareontwikkeling af met storingsanalyse, modificaties en het optimaliseren van installatiebesturingen. Je werkt samen met technische collega’s en operators, onderzoekt hoe productielijnen beter kunnen presteren en begeleidt gebruikers met gerichte instructies. Zo verdiep je je in de samenhang tussen besturingstechniek, meet- en regeltechniek en machineveiligheid, terwijl je bijdraagt aan een betrouwbaar productieproces voor de energietransitie. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen, programmeren en beheren van PLC-besturingen, operatorpanelen, MES- en SCADA-systemen - Vertalen van technische eisen naar besturingsoplossingen voor machines en installaties - Analyseren en oplossen van storingen in de installatiebesturing - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van optimalisaties aan productielijnen - In bedrijf stellen van machines en installaties - Trainen en instrueren van operators in het gebruik van besturingssystemen Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering, of aantoonbaar gelijkwaardig niveau - Enkele jaren ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de procesindustrie - Ervaring met PLC-, MES- en SCADA-systemen; kennis van Siemens is een pré - Affiniteit met meet- en regeltechniek en veiligheid - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk - Een pragmatische aanpak bij technische problemen en modificaties Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 e.
