Als Automation Engineer in Lelystad werk je binnen de industriële automatisering aan de besturing van machines en processen. Bij een technische organisatie richt je je op de vertaalslag van functionele eisen naar betrouwbare PLC-software en overzichtelijke HMI-bediening. Je denkt na over programm structuur, foutafhandeling en de koppeling tussen software, sensoren en aandrijvingen. Daarbij staan veilig bedrijf, onderhoudbaarheid en een praktisch bruikbare installatie centraal. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je programmeren met testen, storingsanalyse en technische afstemming. Je werkt samen met elektrotechnische en mechanische collega's en bespreekt met gebruikers hoe de besturing moet reageren. Van een eerste I/O-controle tot het finetunen van een machinestap: je houdt zicht op het geheel. Je ontwikkelt je verder in besturingstechniek, industriële communicatie en het systematisch verbeteren van automatiseringssoftware. Wat ga je doen? - Functionele eisen vertalen naar PLC-programma's en besturingslogica - HMI-schermen uitwerken voor bediening, statusweergave en alarmmeldingen - I/O-signalen, machinefuncties en foutafhandeling systematisch testen - Storingen analyseren in software, veldcomponenten en industriële communicatie - Inbedrijfstelling begeleiden en besturingsparameters afstemmen op de installatie - Softwarewijzigingen documenteren en afstemmen met technische collega's Wat vragen we van jou? - Een technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Praktische ervaring met PLC-programmering, bijvoorbeeld in Siemens TIA Portal, CODESYS of Beckhoff TwinCAT - Inzicht in HMI-ontwerp en de opbouw van machinebesturingen - Kennis van industriële communicatie, zoals PROFINET of Modbus TCP - Elektrotechnische schema's kunnen lezen en storingen gestructureerd onderzoeken - Heldere communicatie over technische keuzes, testresultaten en wijzigingen Wat bieden wij jou? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op..
