Bij een ingenieursbureau in Bergen op Zoom ontwerp je industriële automatisering voor de voedingsindustrie en gerelateerde sectoren. Je werkt aan het verbeteren, aanpassen en vernieuwen van productieprocessen, met aandacht voor efficiënt gebruik van energie en grondstoffen. Vanuit P&ID's en klantwensen vertaal je de proceswerking naar automatiseringsconcepten en technische specificaties. Daarbij kijk je naar de samenhang tussen elektrotechniek, instrumentatie, procesbesturing en MES. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je bestaande installaties, overleg je met klanten en leveranciers en werk je ontwerpen uit binnen een multidisciplinair projectteam. Je onderbouwt systeemkeuzes en legt functionele eisen vast, zodat de gewenste werking van de installatie helder is. Je krijgt eigen verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor technische inbreng. Via een mentor en interne en externe kennissessies verdiep je je kennis, ook in disciplines waarin je nog minder ervaring hebt. Wat ga je doen? - Analyseer bestaande installaties en inventariseer elektrische en automatiseringswensen bij klanten. - Vertaal P&ID's naar functionele procesbesturing en bepaal de bijbehorende elektrische behoeften. - Ontwerp automatiseringsconcepten en adviseer over nieuwe installaties en aanpassingen. - Stel RFQ's, FDS'en, URS'en en technische datasheets op. - Vergelijk systemen en fabrikanten en onderbouw je technische aanbevelingen. - Stem ontwerpen en specificaties af met collega's, klanten en leveranciers. - Denk afhankelijk van het project mee over robotica, cobotica en processimulatie. Wat vragen we van jou? - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in mechatronica, elektronica, technische informatica of automatisering. - Je hebt relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een industriële omgeving. - Je kent automatiseringsconcepten en hebt ervaring met PLC- en SCADA-toepassingen. - Je kunt P&ID's en elektrische schema's interpreteren. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend. - Je w.
