Bij een technische groothandel met een eigen engineeringafdeling in Varsseveld werk je aan besturingsoplossingen voor machines in de agrarische en aanverwante sectoren. Als Automation Engineer Machineveiligheid & Compliance combineer je automatisering met risicoanalyse en technische documentatie. Je onderzoekt hoe machines reageren op sensoruitval, kabelbreuk en onverwachte situaties bij autonome werking. Vervolgens vertaal je die bevindingen naar praktische beveiligingen en aantoonbare naleving van relevante wet- en regelgeving. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je ontwerpen en veiligheidsmaatregelen af met projectengineers, servicecollega's en monteurs in de werkplaats. Je ondersteunt het programmeren van PLC's, controllers en displays en test of besturingssystemen doen wat ze moeten doen. Aanvankelijk ligt een belangrijk deel van je werk bij softwareontwikkeling; daarna groeit het aandeel machineveiligheid en compliance. Zo verdiep je je vakkennis terwijl je betrokken bent bij het traject van ontwerp tot inbedrijfstelling. Functie-inhoud - Voer risicoanalyses en veiligheidsbeoordelingen uit voor machines en besturingssystemen. - Vertaal storingsscenario's naar technische en softwarematige veiligheidsmaatregelen. - Stel technische documentatie op en leg restrisico's en beveiligingen vast. - Volg relevante normen en richtlijnen en vertaal deze naar het ontwerp. - Ondersteun het ontwerpen en programmeren van PLC's, controllers en displays. - Test machines en besturingssystemen samen met monteurs. - Stem oplossingen af met projectengineering, service en de werkplaats. Functie-eisen - Je hebt hbo-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur in Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering of Mechatronica. - Je kent elektrotechnische installaties en kunt elektrische schema's lezen. - Je hebt affiniteit met PLC-programmering en softwareontwikkeling. - Je hebt interesse in machineveiligheid, regelgeving en technische documentatie. - Je analyseert technische vraagstukken zorgvuldig e.
