Bij een productiebedrijf in de levensmiddelenindustrie in Marum, Groningen, ben je als Automation Engineer eindverantwoordelijk voor de software binnen de fabriek. Je richt je op de betrouwbaarheid en verbetering van procesautomatisering, van PLC en SCADA tot MES en OEE. Daarbij verbind je fabrieksautomatisering met kantoorautomatisering en vertaal je operationele behoeften naar een langetermijnvisie. Je bewaakt het automatiseringsbeleid op ISA-95-niveaus 1, 2 en 3 en zorgt dat softwarewijzigingen beheerst worden doorgevoerd. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je complexe storingen, standaardiseer je softwareprocedures en werk je aan procesoptimalisatie. Je bent het technische aanspreekpunt voor interne collega’s en externe partijen, leidt automatiseringsprojecten en ondersteunt investeringsprojecten. Samenwerken gaat hierbij hand in hand met zelfstandig keuzes maken en nieuwe oplossingen onderzoeken. Je bouwt voort op je ervaring in software engineering en kunt je kennis van de toegepaste automatisering verder verdiepen via cursussen. Functie-inhoud - Complexe storingen in PLC-, SCADA- en MES-systemen en OEE-toepassingen analyseren en oplossen - Als centraal aanspreekpunt fabrieksautomatisering en kantoorautomatisering op elkaar afstemmen - Automatiseringsbeleid formuleren, uitvoeren en monitoren volgens ISA-95-niveaus 1, 2 en 3 - Geautomatiseerde productieprocessen verbeteren en een langetermijnvisie voor automatisering bewaken - Softwareprocedures beheren, processen standaardiseren en change control bijhouden - Automatiseringsprojecten uitvoeren en leiden - Technische ondersteuning bieden bij CAPEX- en investeringsprojecten Functie-eisen - Minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of technische informatica - Ervaring met software engineering bij een ingenieursbureau of een vergelijkbare technische organisatie - Kennis van PLC, SCADA, MES en OEE - Vermogen om softwareverantwoordelijkheid te dragen en tech.
