The posting

Bij een fabriek in de levensmiddelenindustrie in Noordwijk, Groningen, ben je als Automation Engineer eindverantwoordelijk voor de software achter de fabrieks- en procesautomatisering. Je overziet de samenhang tussen PLC, SCADA, MES en OEE en zorgt dat geautomatiseerde processen betrouwbaar blijven functioneren. Daarbij kijk je verder dan een afzonderlijke storing: je ontwikkelt ook de langetermijnvisie op automatisering en vertaalt die naar beleid en verbeteringen op ISA-95-niveaus 1, 2 en 3. In je dagelijkse werk combineer je complexe storingsanalyse met softwarebeheer, change control en procesoptimalisatie. Je schakelt met technische collega's, productie, IT en externe specialisten en bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor automatiseringsvraagstukken. Ook neem je deel aan projecten, leid je automatiseringsprojecten en ondersteun je investeringen in de fabriek. Je krijgt ruimte om nieuwe technologie te onderzoeken en je vakkennis via cursussen gericht verder te ontwikkelen. Functie-inhoud - Analyseer en verhelp complexe storingen in PLC-, SCADA- en MES-systemen en OEE-toepassingen - Verbind fabrieksautomatisering met kantoorautomatisering als centraal aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe partijen - Formuleer, implementeer en bewaak automatiseringsbeleid volgens ISA-95-niveaus 1, 2 en 3 - Verbeter de betrouwbaarheid en effectiviteit van geautomatiseerde processen vanuit een langetermijnvisie - Beheer softwareprocedures, standaardiseer processen en borg wijzigingen via software change control - Leid automatiseringsprojecten en ondersteun CAPEX-projecten met softwaretechnische expertise Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in industriële automatisering, elektrotechniek of technische informatica - Ervaring met software engineering bij een ingenieursbureau of een vergelijkbare technische organisatie - Kennis van PLC, SCADA, MES en OEE en inzicht in hun onderlinge samenhang - Analytisch vermogen om complexe storingen te onderzoeken en structurele..
