Bij een industriële productieorganisatie in Terneuzen werk je aan het elektrische en automatiseringstechnische deel van procesinstallaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de automatisering binnen multidisciplinaire projecten, van scope en ontwerp tot kwalificatie en testen. Daarnaast onderzoek je bestaande installaties en vertaal je verbetermogelijkheden naar concrete automatiseringsvoorstellen. Je doel is een robuuste procesbesturing waarop productiepersoneel kan vertrouwen, zodat operators hun aandacht kunnen richten op het productieproces. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je engineering met overleg op de werkvloer. Je stemt technische keuzes af met collega's uit verschillende disciplines, ondersteunt de afdeling Automation en zorgt voor bruikbare projectdocumentatie. Ook draag je bij aan audits en toets je oplossingen aan lokale en internationale normen. Daarmee verdiep je je vakkennis op het snijvlak van elektrotechniek, procesautomatisering en installatiebetrouwbaarheid. Functie-inhoud - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het elektrische en automatiseringstechnische deel van multidisciplinaire projecten - Projectscope, ontwerpen, kwalificatie en technische documentatie opstellen en beoordelen - Testen van automatiseringsoplossingen voorbereiden, begeleiden en uitvoeren - Bestaande procesinstallaties analyseren en automatiseringsvoorstellen voor efficiëntere productie uitwerken - De afdeling Automation ondersteunen bij vraagstukken rond procesbesturing - Audits ondersteunen met technische documentatie en inhoudelijke toelichting - Toepassing van lokale en internationale normen voor procesautomatisering bewaken Functie-eisen - Hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met automatiseringsprojecten binnen een industriële productieomgeving - Kennis van elektrische installaties, PLC-besturingen en procesautomatisering - Vaardigheid in het opstellen en beoordelen van ontwerpen, testplannen en te.
