The posting

Bij een industriële productieorganisatie in Waalwijk werk je als Automation Engineer aan de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van het machinepark. Vanuit de afdeling Service & Maintenance ontwerp, beheer en optimaliseer je besturingssoftware en hardware voor de productieomgeving. Je combineert kennis van PLC, SCADA en HMI met inzicht in aandrijftechniek en onderhoud. Binnen het World Class Manufacturing-programma vertaal je technische verbeteringen naar stabielere productieprocessen, met aandacht voor veiligheid, milieu en arbeidsomstandigheden. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je complexe storingsanalyses af met besturingstechnische projecten en modificaties aan bestaande installaties. Je zoekt naar structurele oplossingen, stelt onderhoudsplannen op en legt wijzigingen zorgvuldig vast. Daarbij werk je samen met ervaren onderhoudscollega’s en stem je prioriteiten af op de productie. Je verdiept je verder in Industrie 4.0 en onderzoekt hoe nieuwe automatiseringsoplossingen het machinepark beter beheersbaar en efficiënter maken. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen, programmeren en optimaliseren van PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-toepassingen - Analyseren van complexe storingen en realiseren van structurele besturingstechnische oplossingen - Opstellen en onderhouden van onderhoudsplannen voor software en besturingstechniek - Uitvoeren van automatiseringsprojecten en modificaties aan bestaande installaties - Beheren van afdelingstools en documenteren van software, wijzigingen en technische kennis - Bijdragen aan WCM-verbeteringen en Industrie 4.0-toepassingen voor veilige, efficiënte productie Functie-eisen - Afgeronde opleiding op mbo+- of hbo-niveau in Industriële Automatisering, Mechatronica of Elektrotechniek, of aantoonbaar vergelijkbaar niveau - 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare technische functie - Ruime kennis van PLC, SCADA en HMI en ervaring met PLC- en HMI-programmering, bij voorkeur in een productieomgeving - Kennis van frequentieregelaars en servotechniek; kenni.
