The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in end-of-line verpakkings- en palletiseersystemen werk je als Automation Engineer aan de uitbreiding en upgrade van een robotinstallatie. Je ontwerpt en programmeert WinCC SCADA-applicaties en denkt mee over de integratie van een nieuwe labeller en strapper. Daarbij ligt de nadruk op het optimaliseren van de besturing en visualisatie van palletiseer- en logistieke processen. De engineering voer je uit in Nederland, bij voorkeur in Raamsdonksveer; de inbedrijfstelling vindt later plaats in Zwitserland. In de dagelijkse praktijk vertaal je de gewenste machinefunctionaliteit naar overzichtelijke bedieningsschermen, signaleringen en werkbare automatiseringsoplossingen. Je stemt interfaces en testresultaten af met de betrokken engineers en ondersteunt het testen op locatie. Zo volg je het traject van softwarevoorbereiding tot een werkende installatie en verdiep je je kennis van WinCC, systeemintegratie en de samenhang tussen robotica en end-of-line handling. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen en programmeren van SCADA-applicaties in WinCC - Voorbereiden van de engineering en softwaretests in Nederland - Uitwerken van visualisaties, alarmmeldingen en bedieningsfuncties - Afstemmen van de integratie van een nieuwe labeller en strapper - Meedenken over de uitbreiding en optimalisatie van de robotinstallatie - Ondersteunen van de inbedrijfstelling en functionele tests in Zwitserland Functie-eisen - Kennis van en praktijkervaring met WinCC SCADA - Technische opleiding, bij voorkeur mbo of hbo Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica of Industriële Automatisering - Technisch inzicht en ervaring met industriële automatisering - Ervaring met logistieke systemen en/of palletiseersystemen is een pré - Bereidheid om in Nederland te engineeren en in Zwitserland de inbedrijfstelling te ondersteunen - Je werkt gestructureerd en stemt technische oplossingen helder af met andere engineers Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en erv.
