Als Automation Engineer in Winschoten werk je aan besturingstechniek binnen de industriële automatisering. Bij een technisch georiënteerde organisatie ligt jouw focus op het vertalen van functionele wensen naar betrouwbare machine- en procesbesturingen. Je houdt je bezig met PLC-software, bedieningsinterfaces en de aansluiting tussen besturing, sensoren en aandrijvingen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de werking, maar ook naar onderhoudbaarheid, diagnosemogelijkheden en veilig gebruik van de installatie. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je programmeren met testen, analyseren en technisch overleg. Je stemt besturingsfuncties af met collega’s uit elektrotechniek en werktuigbouw en betrekt gebruikers bij de bediening. Tijdens het oplossen van storingen volg je signalen van veldcomponent tot softwarelogica. Zo verdiep je je vakkennis in industriële communicatie, gestructureerd programmeren en het stapsgewijs verbeteren van geautomatiseerde systemen. Functie-inhoud - Functionele wensen vertalen naar overzichtelijke PLC-programma’s en besturingslogica - HMI-schermen ontwikkelen met duidelijke bediening, meldingen en diagnosefuncties - Signaaluitwisseling tussen PLC, sensoren, actuatoren en aandrijvingen controleren - Besturingssoftware testen en ondersteunen bij de inbedrijfstelling van installaties - Storingen analyseren en structurele verbeteringen in de besturing doorvoeren - Softwarewijzigingen, testresultaten en technische keuzes documenteren Functie-eisen - Mbo-4- of hbo-werk- en -denkniveau in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Praktische ervaring met PLC-programmering en het testen van besturingssoftware - Kennis van een gangbaar ontwikkelplatform, zoals Siemens TIA Portal, Beckhoff TwinCAT of Rockwell - Inzicht in HMI-systemen, industriële netwerken en protocollen zoals PROFINET of Modbus TCP - Vaardigheid in het lezen van elektrische schema’s en het systematisch analyseren van storingen - Een zorgvuldige werkwijze en heldere co.
