Als Automation Engineer in de industriële productie in Zutphen richt je je op de besturing en betrouwbaarheid van fabrieksinstallaties. Je vertaalt procesvragen naar logische PLC-software, overzichtelijke HMI-bediening en bruikbare signalering. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de code: ook sensoren, aandrijvingen, interlocks en de samenhang tussen machines bepalen hoe goed een installatie functioneert. Je combineert softwarematig inzicht met een praktische blik op de werkvloer. In de dagelijkse praktijk analyseer je storingen, werk je besturingsaanpassingen uit en test je of installaties veilig en voorspelbaar reageren. Je stemt af met operators, onderhoudstechnici en engineers om wijzigingen beheersbaar door te voeren. Door procesgedrag te onderzoeken en oplossingen zorgvuldig te documenteren, verdiep je je kennis van PLC-besturingen, industriële communicatie en het verbeteren van bestaande productieprocessen. Functie-inhoud - PLC-software ontwikkelen, aanpassen en testen voor industriële installaties - HMI-schermen en alarmmeldingen afstemmen op de bediening van het proces - Storingen analyseren in besturingen, signalen en industriële communicatie - Besturingswijzigingen voorbereiden en gecontroleerd in bedrijf stellen - Functionele beschrijvingen, testresultaten en softwarewijzigingen documenteren - Met productie en onderhoud verbeteringen aan installatiegedrag uitwerken Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding op mbo-4- of hbo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering - Praktische ervaring met PLC-programmering en het testen van besturingssoftware - Kennis van HMI-systemen en affiniteit met SCADA-toepassingen - Inzicht in elektrische schema’s, sensoren, aandrijvingen en industriële netwerken - Een gestructureerde werkwijze en duidelijke communicatie met operators en technici - Aandacht voor machineveiligheid, versiebeheer en zorgvuldige overdracht Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.800 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervar.
