The posting

Bij een producent van babyvoeding in Nunspeet werk je aan de automatisering achter het productieproces, van grondstof tot eindproduct. Als Automation & MES Engineer verbind je Factory Automation Systems (FAS), MES en procesbesturing met de dagelijkse praktijk in de fabriek. Je begeleidt automatiseringsprojecten, past software van lijnmachines aan en helpt storingen structureel op te lossen. Daarbij houd je rekening met de kwaliteitseisen die horen bij voeding voor een kwetsbare doelgroep. Je wisselt geplande projecten af met directe ondersteuning van de productie. Samen met MES- en automationspecialisten, de FAS-administrator en collega’s van productie, onderhoud en kwaliteit vertaal je gebruikersvragen naar functionele specificaties en geteste oplossingen. Ook stem je wijzigingen af met leveranciers en ondersteun je operators en elektrotechnici. Via opleidingen verdiep je je in MES, besturingstechniek, industriële netwerken en veiligheidsstandaarden, met mogelijkheden om door te groeien in automatisering en projectmanagement. Functie-inhoud - Start en begeleid automation- en MES-projecten samen met technische specialisten. - Analyseer en verhelp storingen in procesbesturingen en MES-oplossingen. - Wijzig, test en implementeer besturingssoftware en bedieningsinterfaces voor productielijnen. - Stem functionele specificaties af met productie, onderhoud en kwaliteit. - Stel URS, FAT-documenten, gebruikershandleidingen en technische documentatie op. - Adviseer inkoop en productie over technische keuzes en stem uitvoering af met leveranciers. - Ondersteun de training van operators en elektrotechnici in het gebruik van automatiseringssystemen. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding elektrotechniek, meet- en regeltechniek of industriële automatisering. - Je hebt kennis van PLC-besturingen en affiniteit met netwerkcomponenten en MES. - Je hebt ervaring in een engineeringfunctie binnen de machine- of apparatenbouw. - Kennis van en ervaring met Wonderware en A.
