Bij een internationaal opererende specialist in geautomatiseerde transportsystemen werk je vanuit Wehl aan de betrouwbaarheid en prestaties van conveyorinstallaties. Als Automation Specialist Lifecycle Services ondersteun je nieuwe en bestaande systemen, van fabrieksacceptatietests tot installatie en inbedrijfstelling bij klanten. Je combineert kennis van besturingstechniek en mechatronica om storingen te doorgronden en installaties goed te laten functioneren. Daarbij schakel je tussen PLC-configuratie, HMI’s en de elektrische en mechanische onderdelen van de installatie. In de dagelijkse praktijk geef je technische ondersteuning op afstand en op locatie, begeleid je reparaties en train je gebruikers in besturingssystemen. Je houdt betrokkenen op de hoogte en deelt praktijkervaringen met R&D om verbeteringen door te voeren. Samen met technische collega’s ontwikkel je ook storingsdocumentatie en trainingsmateriaal. Internationale klantbezoeken vormen een belangrijk deel van je werk: je reist ongeveer de helft van de tijd en verdiept je kennis van verschillende besturingsplatforms en transportsystemen. Functie-inhoud - Ondersteunen van nieuwe en bestaande transportsystemen en betrokkenen informeren over voortgang en oplossingen - Uitvoeren van Factory Acceptance Tests op de locatie in Wehl - Leiden van installatie en inbedrijfstelling bij klanten - Analyseren en verhelpen van elektrische, mechanische en besturingstechnische storingen, op afstand en op locatie - Ontwikkelen van storingsdocumentatie en trainingsmateriaal voor technische ondersteuning - Verzorgen van trainingen en begeleiden van reparaties aan besturingssystemen - Terugkoppelen van installatieprestaties aan R&D en samenwerken aan technische verbeteringen Functie-eisen - Een diploma op middelbaar onderwijsniveau en minimaal vijf jaar praktische technische supportervaring op productielocaties - Sterk inzicht in besturingstechniek en mechatronica; je leest elektrische schema’s en technische tekeningen -..
