Bij een producent van natuurlijke kleurende levensmiddelen in Mierlo werk je aan de betrouwbaarheid van industriële procesautomatisering. Als Automation Technician zorg je dat procesdata beschikbaar en inzichtelijk zijn en ondersteun je bij storingen en verbeteringen aan de besturing. Je werkterrein loopt van weegbanden en decanters tot filtratie-installaties, indampers, sproeidrogers en afvulmachines. Deze installaties worden aangestuurd vanuit een centraal besturingssysteem. Beschikbaarheid, nauwkeurige kalibratie en een stabiele procesvoering zijn daarbij essentieel voor de productkwaliteit. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je besturingstechniek met meet- en regeltechniek. Je analyseert afwijkingen, helpt het onderhouds- en ijkproces efficiënt in te richten en stelt samen met collega's van de technische dienst nieuwe machines in bedrijf. Je denkt mee over structurele verbeteringen en rapporteert veiligheidsafwijkingen. Met onbeperkte toegang tot online trainingen kun je je technische kennis verder verdiepen. Eens per vijf weken draai je storingsdienst. Functie-inhoud - Procesdata beschikbaar en inzichtelijk maken voor monitoring en storingsanalyse - Storingen in besturingen en meet- en regeltechnische systemen analyseren en helpen oplossen - Besturingssystemen monitoren, onderhouden en verbeteren - Het onderhouds- en ijkproces efficiënter inrichten vanuit je automatiseringskennis - Samen met de technische dienst machines optimaliseren en nieuwe installaties in bedrijf stellen - Procesverbeteringen signaleren en veiligheidsafwijkingen rapporteren en waar mogelijk oplossen - Eens per vijf weken storingsdienst draaien Functie-eisen - Je hebt een afgeronde mbo-4-opleiding Elektrotechniek of Industriële Automatisering - Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met meet- en regeltechniek binnen productieprocessen - Je kent PLC-, SCADA- en HMI-systemen, zoals Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Wonderware en WinCC - Je hebt ervaring met het structureren, organiseren, monitoren en..
