Dein Verantwortungsbereich

* Durchführung von Installationen, Wartungen und Instandsetzungen komplexer elektrischer und automatisierter Systeme

* Erstellung von Wartungsplänen, Prüfprotokollen und technischer Dokumentation

* Anwendung von Softwarelösungen zur Erstellung und Durchführung von Testmethoden

* Technischer Support für Kunden, Distributoren und interne Applikationsteams via Telefon, E-Mail und Fernzugriff

* Eigenständige Koordination und Planung von Serviceeinsätzen

* Professionelle Betreuung und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (LAP, HTL, FH oder Universität) in Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar

* Erste Berufserfahrung im technischen Kundendienst von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Hohe Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität

* Freundliches Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
