Elektrokonstrukteur / Automatisierungstechniker (m/w/d)

Eigentlich ist alles bereit für die Inbetriebnahme.

Doch irgendwo stimmt das Zusammenspiel noch nicht.

Mit einem qualitätsbewussten Blick gehst du Signal für Signal durch, analysierst Abläufe und prüfst das Zusammenspiel von Steuerung, Sensorik und Mechanik. Für dich zählt nicht, dass die Maschine irgendwie läuft, sondern dass sie präzise, zuverlässig und dauerhaft funktioniert.

Deine Aufgaben

* Du entwickelst komplexe elektrotechnische Retrofits für Extrusionblasanlagen.

* Die Auswahl geeigneter Sensoren, Aktoren und Antriebe wird von dir getroffen.

* Die Erstellung von Zeitplänen in Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten liegt in deiner Verantwortung.

* Du verantwortest die Planung, Entwicklung und Konstruktion von elektrischen Schaltplänen mit EPLAN P8 (EEC) und bringst gute Kenntnisse mit TwinCat II + TwinCat III mit.

* Du berechnest die elektrische Leistung von Systemen.

* Die enge Kommunikation mit den Abteilungen Software, Einkauf, Produktion und mechanische Konstruktion macht dir Freude.

* Du bietest technischen Support bei der Inbetriebnahme neuer Systeme.

Qualifikationen

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder Mechatronik (HTL, FH, Universität)

* Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit EPLAN P8 oder vergleichbaren Systemen wie WS-CAD sowie Programmierkenntnisse in TwinCat II + TwinCat III, gegebenenfalls Siemens S7

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch (Level B2)

* Reisebereitschaft von mindestens 50 %

* Erfahrung in der Auswahl und Integration von Sensoren, Aktoren und Antrieben

* Kenntnisse von Kunststoffmaschinen sind von Vorteil

* Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt ab EUR 3.800,00 brutto sowie ein attraktives Entgelt-Package für Außeneinsätze (inkl. Fahrtkostenzuschuss). Die tatsächliche Vergütung richtet sich nach der konkreten Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
