  • Technische support: Je bent de expert en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten wereldwijd via mail, telefoon of live chat.
  • Reparaties: Je spoort hardwareproblemen op en herstelt elektronica (zoals het vervangen van printplaten).
  • Netwerk validatie: Je controleert en adviseert over netwerkopstellingen voor aankomende projecten.
  • Field support: Af en toe ga je ter plaatse voor installaties en probleemoplossing bij de klant.

Wie ben jij? We zoeken iemand die de praktijk kent en technische zaken simpel kan uitleggen.

  • Je hebt praktische ervaring in de Pro AV-wereld, bijvoorbeeld als geluids- of lichttechnicus.
  • Je hebt een goede basiskennis van elektronica en hardware reparaties.
  • Je weet hoe netwerken in elkaar zitten (configuratie van switches, etc.).
  • Je kan complexe problemen in begrijpelijke taal overbrengen naar de klant.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Engels. Nederlands is een sterke plus.
