ITCE (IT Centre of Excellence) is een toonaangevende Microsoft Cloud Solutions Partner met ruim 20 jaar ervaring in clouddiensten en IT-ondersteuning. ITCE is gekend om hun vooruitstrevende “Virtual Workplace’ oplossingen.

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bieden van technische ondersteuning en het oplossen van complexe IT-problemen voor onze klanten, zowel remote als ter plaatse. Je beheert dagelijks de ICT-infrastructuur van de klant en zorgt ervoor dat alle technische installaties goed onderhouden en geconfigureerd zijn.

Jouw day to day als Azure Service Desk Engineer:

  • Bieden van remote en on-site IT-ondersteuning, waaronder tweedelijnsondersteuning voor complexere incidenten en aanvragen met betrekking tot hardware en software.
  • Up-to-date houden van de IT-infrastructuur van onze klanten, inclusief installaties en configuraties.
  • Proactief signaleren van technische problemen en bedreigingen.
  • Uitwerken van nieuwe projecten binnen de cloud en optimaliseren van bestaande projecten binnen onze Virtual Workplace-oplossingen.
  • Configureren van Microsoft 365 en Azure omgevingen, en ondersteunen bij de migratie van lokale infrastructuur naar de cloud.

Als Azure Service Desk Engineer werk je oplossingsgericht en servicegericht, en zorg je samen met jouw team voor de beste service aan onze klanten. ️

  • Je hebt al een sterke ervaring met remote en/of on-site troubleshooting en bent bereid je verder te specialiseren.
  • Je beschikt over kennis van Microsoft, Windows Server, Virtualisatie & Networking, Microsoft 365, Azure, TCP/IP networking, switching, routing en VLAN. Behaalde certificaten in één of meerdere van deze gebieden zijn een pluspunt, waaronder AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt goed samenwerken met zowel klanten als teamleden.
  • Je kan vlot communiceren in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis Frans is geen vereiste, maar zeker een pluspunt.

Als Service Desk Engineer sta je naast de troubleshooting job ook collega’s bij voor technische vragen en help je hen groeien .
