Resche Kruste und luftige Krume, ein zartes Aroma und intensiver Geschmack - unser Team hat wahre Brotflüsterfähigkeiten. Bio-Brot, Gebäck und Süßes werden aus hochwertigen regionalen Rohstoffen produziert.

Deine Aufgaben

* Du stellst gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleg*innen unsere abwechslungsreichen Brote und Weckerl her.

* Du unterstützt bei der Teigherstellung.

* Mit deinem handwerklichen Geschick bringst du bei der Tafelarbeit Teiglinge in Form.

* Du bist in deiner Position auch mitverantwortlich dafür, dass unsere Backstube ordentlich und sauber bleibt.

* Du arbeitest mit Öfen und Geräten auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik.

* Du hast bereits eine Fachausbildung als Bäcker*in.

* Im besten Fall hast du bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung.

* Du bist freundlich und steckst uns mit deiner positiven Art an.

* Du möchtest gerne im Team arbeiten.

* Du arbeitest verlässlich.

* Du legst Wert auf einen ressourcenschonenden und sicheren Umgang mit Lebensmitteln.

Entlohnung

Wir bieten dir ein Bruttomonatsentgelt von mindestens 2.730 € mit Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung.

Zusätzlich können sich aufgrund von Zulagen, wie Nachtzulagen sowie Sonn- und Feiertagszulagen, die tatsächlichen Entlohnungen erhöhen. Unsere Bäcker*innen verdienen aufgrund dieser Zulagen in der Regel zwischen 3.000 € und 5.000 € brutto pro Monat.
