Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte und zuverlässige Büro-Allroundkraft, die Freude an abwechslungsreichen administrativen Aufgaben hat und unser Unternehmen organisatorisch unterstützt. 1 Büro-Allroundkraft TZ (m w x)

Teilzeit (13-15 Wochenstunden) Saalfelden ab sofort

Ihre Aufgaben

* Allgemeine Büroorganisation und Korrespondenz

* Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Angeboten, Rechnungen und Schlussrechnungen

* Bestellwesen

* Terminplanung und Koordination mit Mitarbeitern

* Stundenabrechnung der Mitarbeiter

* BUAK-Eintragungen

* Rechnungsprüfung und Durchführung von Überweisungen

* Führung des Kassabuchs

* Unterstützung in der laufenden Buchhaltung

* Bearbeitung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen

* Zollabwicklungen

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Gute EDV-Kenntnisse

* Berufserfahrung im Büro- oder Verwaltungsbereich von Vorteil

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Verlässlichkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Teamfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten

Arbeitszeiten

Donnerstag: 07:00 bis 12:00 Uhr und 13:00 bis 16:00 Uhr

Freitag: 07:00 bis 12:00 Uhr

Wochenstunden: ca. 13-15 Stunden - nach Absprachen
