Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Bürokaufmann/-frau Deine Aufgaben

* Allgemeine Büroorganisation und administrative Tätigkeiten

* Telefonische und schriftliche Betreuung von Kunden und Transportpartnern

* Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Transportaufträgen

* Unterstützung unserer Disposition im Tagesgeschäft

* Vorbereitung und Kontrolle von Unterlagen für die Abrechnung

* Verwaltung und Ablage von Lieferscheinen und Transportdokumenten

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und MS Office

* Selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Freundliches Auftreten, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamgeist

* Erfahrung im Transport- oder Speditionsbereich von Vorteil
