Du (m/w/d) hast ein Händchen für Zahlen, liebst den Kontakt mit Menschen und möchtest deine Fähigkeiten für etwas einsetzen, das wirklich zählt? Dann komm in unser Team beim Naturschutzbund Österreich!

Das ist dein Revier bei uns:

* Erste Anlaufstelle: Du bist das freundliche Gesicht und die Stimme unseres Vereins - du kümmerst dich um Anfragen und bist die zentrale Drehscheibe.

* Vereinsleben & Mitglieder: Du betreust unsere Mitglieder und unterstützt uns tatkräftig bei der Organisation unserer Vereinsgremien.

* Finanzen & Zahlen: Du übernimmst die Rechnungskontrolle, die Überweisungen und bereitest die Buchhaltung sowie die Lohnverrechnung für uns vor.

* Office Management: Du hältst der Bundesgeschäftsstelle den Rücken frei und organisierst eigenverantwortlich den gesamten Büroalltag.

Das bringst du mit:

* Kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK, HASCH) und Praxis im Büro

* Gute MS-Office Anwendungskenntnisse (Word, Excel)

* Eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Freude am Organisieren

* Grundkenntnisse und ein gutes Gefühl für Zahlen.

* Eine große Portion Herzblut für den Natur- und Umweltschutz und

* Du hast keine Angst vorm Telefon

Arbeitszeit: 25-30 Wochenstunden im Rahmen unserer Bürozeiten (Mo.-Do. 8 bis 17 Uhr, Fr. 8 bis 12 Uhr)
