Tätigkeitsschwerpunkte:

- Planung & Buchung individueller Traumreisen

- Rechnungslegung & Zahlungsabwicklung

- Leitende Aufgaben: Dienstpläne, Buchungskontrollen, Reports

- Mitarbeit an innovativen Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung des Büros

- Mitarbeiterführung mit Herz & Verstand

- Schnittstelle zwischen Team & Geschäftsleitung

- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Reservierungssystemen

- Ein offenes Ohr für Kolleg_innen & Sinn für Motivation

- Professionelles Auftreten & Serviceorientierung

- Der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

- Strukturierte, selbständige Arbeitsweise & Organisationstalent

Erfahrung in einem Reisebüro ist von Vorteil. Wir freuen uns jedoch auch über Bewerbungen von engagierten Quereinsteiger_innen mit ausgeprägter Reiseaffinität, beruflicher Erfahrung im Tourismus- oder Reiseumfeld sowie guten geografischen Kenntnissen.
