Wir sind ein mittelständisches, familiär geführtes Unternehmen in Steinhaus bei Wels. Bei unserem neuen Firmenstandort erwartet sie eine neu erbaute Werkstätte für Überprüfung, Reparatur und Service von PKW, LKW, Anhänger Traktoren, landwirtschaftliche Anhängern, Garten- und Forstgeräte.

Weiters beschäftigt sich unser Unternehmen mit Landschaftspflege und Forstdienstleistung. Derzeit beschäftigen wir ca. 40 Mitarbeiter_innen.

Wir schätzten ein freundliches Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit, Ehrlichkeit und Offenheit zu Kunden und Mitarbeiter_innen. 1 Büromitarbeiter:in - Voll- oder Teilzeit ab 30 Wochenstunden Sie arbeiten gerne organisiert, behalten auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick und erledigen Ihre Aufgaben gewissenhaft? Ihre Aufgaben

* Allgemeine Büroarbeiten

* Telefonische und schriftliche Korrespondenz

* Bearbeitung von E-Mails und Posteingang

* Datenpflege und Ablage

* Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten

* Auftragserfassung und Auftragsverwaltung

* Materialverwaltung

* Erfassung und Betreuung der Lagerstände

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Diskretion

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftsprogrammen von Vorteil

Wir wenden uns an kommunikative und offene Personen, die als Bindeglied zwischen dem Bereichsleiter der Betriebswerkstätte und dem Kunden fungieren.

Zur Erreichung der Arbeitsstelle wäre ein eigenes Fahrzeug von Vorteil.
