Tegelijkertijd profiteer je van duidelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden, een salaris van circa € 3.111 bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur), 32-40 uur per week, hybride werken, wekelijkse uitbetaling en goede reisregelingen, inclusief pendeldienst vanaf Utrecht Centraal. Jouw werkzaamheden als B2B klantenservice: - Partnercommunicatie: Je hebt vooral telefonisch en via chat contact met verkooppartners, stelt gerichte vragen en zorgt voor duidelijke, professionele antwoorden zodat zij vlot verder kunnen. - Analyse van vragen en issues: Je duikt in bestellingen, content en performance-data, achterhaalt de oorzaak van een probleem en kiest de oplossing die het beste past bij de situatie van de ondernemer. - Onboarding van nieuwe partners: Je legt stap voor stap de systemen en processen uit, denkt mee over een goede start en helpt partners op weg naar hun eerste omzet op het platform. - Data en verbeteradvies: Je bekijkt reviews en KPI's, signaleert kansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete tips waarmee partners hun zichtbaarheid, service en resultaten verbeteren. - Procesverbetering: Je herkent terugkerende kn...
