Functieomschrijving Ben jij de administratieve en logistieke spil waar onze klanten en chauffeurs op kunnen bouwen? Werk je graag in een gezellig, jong team binnen een groeiend familiebedrijf? Dan is dit jouw nieuwe uitdaging! In deze brede functie ben jij letterlijk het hart van het bedrijf. Je schakelt constant tussen logistiek, administratie en klant contact. Geen dag is hetzelfde! Werkzaamheden die jij zult uitvoeren zijn: · After Sales: je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten na de levering en lost eventuele vragen of problemen snel en servicegericht op; · orderverwerking & facturatie: je verwerkt binnenkomende orders nauwkeurig in het systeem en zorgt dat de administratieve afhandeling vlekkeloos verloopt; · logistieke backoffice: je ondersteunt de planning, maakt vrachtbrieven en transportdocumenten op en houdt contact met chauffeurs en transporteurs; · algemene ondersteuning: je springt bij waar nodig om processen op kantoor soepel te laten verlopen. Het betreft een fulltime of parttime dienstverband in overleg. Functie-eisen · MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau; · je hebt administratieve of logistieke ervaring, bij voorkeur in een dynamische omgeving; · ervaring in de food/productiesector is een pre; · je bent communicatief sterk, stressbestendig en denkt altijd in oplossingen; · je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend; · Engels of Duits is een grote plus voor internationale contac...
