Jouw rol Gemeente Zeist zoekt een ervaren Medewerker Bedrijfsvoeringsondersteuning, met als focus Backoffice Sociaal Domein voor tijdelijke ondersteuning binnen de administratieve uitvoering van de Wmo en Jeugdwet. Je draagt zorg voor een correcte, tijdige en kwalitatief hoogwaardige verwerking van beschikkingen, zorgtoekenningen en mutaties. Je bent snel inzetbaar en bekend met de administratieve processen binnen het gemeentelijk Sociaal Domein. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Verwerken van Wmo- en Jeugd-beschikkingen. - Controleren van plannen van aanpak, beschikkingen en zorgtoekenningen op juistheid, volledigheid en administratieve kwaliteit. - Verwerken van wijzigingen en mutaties. - Bewaken van het volledige administratieve proces rondom zorgtoekenningen. - Verwerken en controleren van berichtenverkeer (iWmo/iJw). - Registreren en verwerken van gegevens in ZorgNed. - Onderhouden van contact met zorgaanbieders over administratieve vraagstukken. - Signaleren van afwijkingen of ontbrekende informatie in dossiers. - Afstemmen met consulenten, casemanagers en andere betrokken colleg...
