Zij begeleiden de aan- en verkoop van binnenvaartschepen en zorgen voor een zorgvuldige afhandeling van het hele transactieproces. Als backoffice medewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, makelaars en externe partijen. Je zorgt dat alles administratief en organisatorisch goed verloopt en dat de dossiers op orde zijn. Wat ga je doen als backoffice medewerker? - Opvragen, verwerken, uitzetten en opvolgen van verkoop- en juridische dossiers. - Opmaken en versturen van verkoopbrochures en ondersteunen bij marketing, zoals website, social media en mailings. - Contact onderhouden met verkopers, kopers, makelaars en externe partijen. - Beheren van de agenda voor bezichtigingen, inspecties en overdrachten en verzorgen van de nazorg, zoals de omzetting van scheepscertificaten. - Beheren van mail, telefoon en WhatsApp, ontvangen van klanten en zorgen voor een gastvrije ontvangst op kantoor.
