Als backoffice medewerker bij Covebo zorg jij dat alles achter de schermen klopt. Voor collega’s, klanten en medewerkers. Jij bent degene die overzicht houdt, vooruitdenkt en zorgt dat processen gewoon lopen zoals ze moeten lopen.

Je hebt een rol waarin je continu schakelt: tussen systemen, collega’s en lopende dossiers. Je ziet snel waar iets beter of slimmer kan en pakt dat ook op. Niet omdat het moet, maar omdat jij het verschil wilt maken in hoe het geregeld is.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar nooit alleen. Samen met je team zorg je dat alles achter de schermen strak georganiseerd is en blijft. Geen onnodige complexiteit. Geen gedoe. Gewoon goed geregeld.

Wat ga je doen

Je zit midden in de operatie, maar dan administratief. Jij zorgt dat alles soepel doorloopt, schakelt veel en houdt grip. Je wacht niet af, maar pakt op. Zie je dat iets niet klopt? Dan fix je het. Loopt er iets vast? Dan los jij het op.

Concreet:

- Je verwerkt uren en zorgt dat facturatie klopt - Je stelt contracten op en houdt dossiers strak bij - Je verwerkt plaatsingen van (internationale) medewerkers - Je regelt voorschotten en betalingen - Je pakt verzuim en uitdienstmeldingen op - Je zorgt dat alles in de systemen klopt en up-to-date is - Je beantwoordt vragen over salaris, CAO en facturen - Je springt bij waar nodig binnen onze facilitaire afdeling - Je houdt je bezig met debiteuren beheer - Je hebt contact met onze medewerkers en klanten
