Dan hebben wij bij Werkstede in Zwolle misschien een mooie plek voor je. Voor ons gezellige en gedreven team zoeken wij een Backoffice Medewerker Vacaturebeheer voor 32 tot 40 uur per week. Wat ga je doen? Werkstede is een recruitmentbureau in Zwolle. Vanuit ons nieuwe en ruime kantoor helpen wij dagelijks werkzoekenden in de procestechniek aan een nieuwe baan met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband. Ons team bestaat momenteel uit 9 collega's: één office manager en daarnaast voornamelijk recruitment consultants. Omdat Werkstede groeit, zoeken we een nieuwe collega die zich voornamelijk gaat richten op vacaturebeheer en het schrijven en optimaliseren van vacatures . Daarnaast leer je onze backofficewerkzaamheden, zodat je onze office manager kunt ondersteunen wanneer dat nodig is. Vacaturebeheer Een groot deel van je werkdag ben je bezig met onze vacatures. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - schrijven en herschrijven van vacatureteksten; - bestaande vacatures verbeteren en actualiseren; - vacatures online zetten en beheren; - teksten aanpassen om verschillende doelgroepen beter aan te spreken; - controleren of vacatures inhoudelijk en taalkundig kloppen; - gebruikmaken van AI om sneller en slimmer goede vacatureteksten te maken. Vacatures schrijven en herschrijven wordt één van je belangrijkste dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Daarom zoeken we bewust iemand die het prettig vindt om langere tijd geconcentreerd achter een computer te werken . Je moet er geen probleem mee hebben wanneer werkzaamheden soms repeterend zijn.
