Unser Anspruch: Versicherung so zu machen, wie sie eigentlich sein sollte. 1 Backoffice-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für 20 Stunden/Woche Zur Unterstützung unseres Backoffice suchen wir eine zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Persönlichkeit für 20 Stunden pro Woche.

Deine Aufgaben:

Vorbereitung und Ablage von Dokumenten und Verträgen

Termin- und Kalenderverwaltung

Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung und Kundenbetreuung

Allgemeine organisatorische Tätigkeiten im Backoffice

Was du mitbringst:

Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Du organisierst dich selbst und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben den Überblick

Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools (E-Mail, Office, idealerweise CRM)

Diskretion und Verlässlichkeit im Umgang mit sensiblen Kundendaten

Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch, schriftlich wie mündlich

Erfahrung im Versicherungs- oder Finanzbereich von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

Wohnort Klagenfurt oder Umgebung
