Deine Aufgaben

* Professionelle technische Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden in ihren Backup Strategien

* Planen, Implementieren und Überwachen von Backup-Strategien und -Lösungen

* Umsetzung und Dokumentation unserer Projekte

* Analyse und Optimierung vorhandener Backup-Konzepte und Infrastrukturen

* Überführen der implementierten Lösung in das Managed-Service Team

* Behebung von Störungen in kritischen, zentralen Systemen bei und mit dem Kunden

* Verwalten und Warten von Backup-Systemen, Hardware und Software

* Know-How Aufbau und Transfer zwischen Kunden, Kollegen und Vertrieb

Anforderungen

* Ausbildung mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder vergleichbarer Berufserfahrung im IT-Umfeld

* Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Backup- und IT-Infrastruktur-Bereich

* Wissen und mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrungen mit Veritas NetBackup oder/und CommVault

* Skills und Know-How mit verschiedensten IT-Systemen und Applikationen

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Probleme zu analysieren und zu lösen

* Professionelle und wertschätzende Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe

* Teamfähigkeit

* Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit - auch in Stresssituationen

* Deutschkenntnisse Level C und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)

* Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs

Gehaltsspanne

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Stelle beträgt 48.370 € brutto pro Jahr. Abhängig von Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine deutliche Überbezahlung möglich.
