Als Bakker / Deegbereider speel je een cruciale rol binnen het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de degen perfect worden bereid, want een kwalitatief ijshoorntje begint bij de juiste basis. Je stelt industriële mengers correct in en bedient deze, controleert nauwgezet de consistentie en kwaliteit van de degen en volgt het bakproces mee op door de ovens correct af te stellen. Daarnaast houd je de voorraad van ingrediënten in de gaten en zorg je ervoor dat alles steeds beschikbaar is volgens planning. Je signaleert afwijkingen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in het proces. Je werkt in een gestructureerde productieomgeving waar kwaliteit en precisie centraal staan.
