Ben jij technisch aangelegd, help je graag klanten en werk je nauwkeurig? Voor een verhuurbedrijf van bouw- en tuinmachines zoeken we een Balie- en Magazijnmedewerker die klanten professioneel begeleidt bij het afhalen en terugbrengen van hun materiaal.

Je combineert klantencontact met technische controles en praktische werkzaamheden. Zo zorg je ervoor dat elke machine veilig, volledig en gebruiksklaar klaarstaat voor de volgende klant.

Jouw taken

Als Medewerker Materiaalbalie ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat het verhuurmateriaal correct wordt meegegeven, gecontroleerd en klaargemaakt voor een volgende verhuur.

  • Klanten vriendelijk ontvangen en begeleiden bij het afhalen en retourneren van machines
  • Controleren of teruggebracht materiaal volledig, proper en technisch in orde is
  • Verhuurmaterialen klaarzetten en klanten uitleg geven over het correcte en veilige gebruik ervan
  • Klanten helpen bij het laden en lossen van machines
  • Machines tanken en elektrische toestellen opladen
  • Gerepareerd materiaal op de juiste plaats terugzetten en klaarmaken voor een volgende verhuur
  • Beschadigingen, defecten of ontbrekende onderdelen signaleren
  • Toezien op de orde, netheid en veiligheid van de materiaalbalie en de opslagruimte
  • Samenwerken met collega's om klanten snel en efficiënt verder te helpen

Kortom: je combineert klantgericht werken met technische controles en praktische taken, zodat klanten steeds met het juiste en veilige materiaal vertrekken.

We zoeken een klantvriendelijke en praktische medewerker die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt. Je hebt technisch inzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het belangrijk dat klanten op een professionele service kunnen rekenen.

  • Je bent klantgericht, behulpzaam en communicatief sterk
  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en interesse in de werking van bouw- en tuinmachines
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en orde
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands zeer goed om klanten duidelijk te informeren en instructies uit te leggen
  • Je hebt ervaring met het besturen van een heftruck
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team
  • Je bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken volgens een beurtrol
