Dan is deze functie als Baliebediende in een 2-ploegenstelsel misschien wel iets voor jou. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en chauffeurs en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratieve processen vlot en correct verlopen.

Wij bieden

Een voltijdse functie van 38 uur per week.

Een vast contract van onbepaalde duur.

Tewerkstelling in een afwisselend 2-ploegenstelsel:

Ochtend: ma – do: 6 – 13u45 / vrij: 6 – 13u Namiddag: ma – do: 12u15 – 20u / vrij: 13 – 20u

Wij vragen

  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en werkt graag met mensen
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, dynamisch en neemt initiatief.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en blijft rustig onder druk.
  • Je beschikt over een goede tot zeer goede mondelinge kennis van het Nederlands, Frans, Engels en Duits.
  • Je hanteert een verzorgd en professioneel taalgebruik.
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office-toepassingen zoals Word, Excel en Outlook.
  • Ervaring binnen facturatie of boekhouding is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent op zoek naar een voltijdse functie.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Office Management of gelijkwaardige administratieve ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over eigen vervoer, aangezien de site niet bereikbaar is met het openbaar vervoer.
